Victorian Society launches campaign to find the UK’s top ten endangered buildings

The Victorian Society is calling on historians, enthusiasts and local campaigners across the country to nominate buildings that are at risk in their local area.

Buildings don’t have to be listed to be nominated, but they should be at risk - perhaps of demolition, from insensitive development or simply neglect -  and they need to have been built between 1837 and 1914.

The nominations will be considered and a Top Ten will be published in the autumn. To nominate a building, visit www.victoriansociety.org.uk, email katie@victoriansociety.org.uk or write to the Society at 1 Priory Gardens, London, W4 1TT.
