The principles and process of workforce and employee engagement and communications are well documented. However, developing an understanding and appreciation of the importance of top management commitment to this and the essential behaviour / practices that can either gain or undermine credibility and support is an important step in engaging the workforce. How do we create credibility for change? This workshop will explore efficacy of leadership, influencing and persuading and creating commitment and energy and the use of tools and techniques which can be utilised to assist in building the behaviours and practices that gain the support, credibility and engagement of your workforce.
